There's only two more sleeps until my final book in the Shetland series is published. I'm excited but incredibly nervous as I hope the finale lives up to the expectation of my dedicated readers. The final tale is narrated by Callie, Heather and Tabitha,  who you've briefly met in previous books, enabling the loose threads to be neatly fastened and tidied. 

In recent weeks, I've received critiques from book bloggers and reviewers but the true litmus test is my dedicated readers. I rarely know if a blogger or reviewer has read the entire series, whereas my own readers have read each book in order - sometimes several times. I'm sure they could test my memory on a few of the details, if they chose.

Thursday will be a bitter sweet day for me, as I will be waving goodbye to a fabulous cast who have filled my imagination since April 2019!
